Inspired by their shared passion for empowering individuals, Michael and Rita founded TALO in 2024 to address the pressing challenges facing organizations today. Our collective of world-class Coaches, Advisors, and tools is designed to help individuals reach their fullest potential and drive sustainable business growth.
Meet the Founders

Rita brings over 25 years of experience in IT to the table, specializing in Channel and Sales Management. Throughout her career, she's collaborated with industry leaders across diverse sectors including IT, Financial Services, Insurance, Distribution, Government, and Energy.
Beyond her core expertise, Rita is a passionate leader who fosters a culture of respect and empowers individuals through coaching and mentoring. A strong advocate for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), she actively contributes to the community as an Angel Investor, volunteer for nonprofit boards, and speaker on topics like DEI, growth, and youth empowerment. Notably, Rita co-founded the TMU TechTalent Accelerator Internship program and was recognized for her contributions with the Global Member of the Year 2022 and Community Leader 2021 awards from CompTIA.
